Digital multifunction dosing pump • PVDF / FKM-B

SEKO Tekna TPG803NHH0000 is a solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing pump for precise constant and proportional chemical dosing.

Digital version TPG supports control via 4–20 mA, digital pulses e.g. from a water meter, 1:n and n:1 modes, PPM dosing, Batch mode and timer. The electronics also include a level control input, a flow-sensor input, alarm relay and external Start/Stop. This version uses a dosing head PVDF, valve balls Ceramic, PTFE diaphragm and seals FKM-B.

How to read the curve

At the maximum stated backpressure 5 bar is delivered by the hydraulics at 20 l/h. The highest stated flow rate 110 l/h corresponds to the duty point at a backpressure of 0,1 bar. Flow rate and backpressure must therefore always be assessed together.
