Claims conditions

This complaint procedure was prepared in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") ) and applies to Consumer Goods (hereinafter referred to as "goods") for which the buyer's rights regarding liability for defects (hereinafter referred to as "complaints") are exercised during the warranty period.

The complaints procedure applies to complaints about defects in goods that are within the warranty period. The seller is the company Trade Flow s.r.o., with registered office at náměstí Hraničářů 543, 541 01 Trutnov, ID number: 10827234, registered in the commercial register under sp. stamp C 47620 registered at the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, operating the online store

The customer of our online store is the buyer.

The seller will accept the complaint at his place of business - sales warehouse in Trutnov.

Always, before sending any shipment to our address of the establishment (sales warehouse, the address is listed on the CONTACT page), it is necessary to agree in advance on the next procedure. Before sending the shipment to the address of the sales warehouse, it is best to inform us about it by e-mail. Otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to the carrier.

The buyer is advised to check the condition of the shipment (damage) upon delivery of the shipment from the carrier. The buyer is entitled to refuse to accept a shipment that shows signs of damage. If he takes over the damaged shipment in this way, it is necessary to write down the damage in the carrier's handover report. A later complaint in this regard will not be taken into account.

The Seller is entitled to refuse to accept the Goods for a claim if the Goods are contaminated or their components are contaminated.
